Excellent Place and very closely connected to all means of transport.
Bathrooms are smaller.

Most of all - the professional, careful, friendly stuff. Cosy, homelike hotel. The location is excellent, close to the center, to the airport and to the beach. The price, of course, in comparisson with other hotels in Tel-Aviv. The design of the room. We took Sea Side Hotel for to sleep, take a bath, have breakfast and to go to excursions, not to stay in. So we were greately satisfied.
The conviniences (the toilet and the bath) were in the same room, just behind the curtains. If not this, I would give "10" for everything. )

Personal's, Price, Very taste breakfast, location))
-
Not far from the sea, town center
The room looked as if it were repaired, but at the time of our stay was interrupted.
-
very small room, there is no place for nothing
good location
-
The location is perfect, Price is very good!
The room is quite small but it was ok after moving some furniture.
-
Location
Can be used like a ward only.
-
The staff were excellent and couldn't have done more to help or answer any questions
Cleanliness of room and it's facilities we're fairly poor (eg cigarette burns in sheets). Also seems strange for the family rooms to be smoking rooms
-
It was close to the Beach ( 2 streets to cross )
small, dirty, old.
-
compact, convenient
building supplies on staircase so an increased risk for evacuation in case of fire.
-
There was nothing luxurious about this room! Uncomfortable bed, which was not even properly made when I checked in; no telephone, dirty shower curtain, etc. I would never stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
-
the location is very central, only 2 minutes walk to the beach, good breakfast, complimentary hot drinks all around the clock
the hotel does not deserve to be called "hotel". One of the worst accommodations I ever stayed (including Cuba and China). Internet was not working. Even though the rates were low comparing to other hotels in Tel Aviv, the standard should be better.
-
Close to the beach. Nice breakfast. Air conditioning.
Door to my room had broken hinges. Hard to open and shut. Had to walk up two flights of stairs with heavy luggage. No elevator.
-
The price was good for the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi with good speed

I chose Sea Side because it was the cheapest hotel I could find online. The reviews had been mixed, but for most the downside was only the size of the rooms. For a solo traveler it was perfect. The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was better than most American continental breakfasts, and the price was the best available.
